Question: File Maintenance?

Seems like the Memory Bank files are growing and getting somewhat complex with refactoring and such over time. Should we go through a summarization process on occasion to reduce size and potentially conflicting details? Since Roo reads these files quite frequently as it changes modes and starts tasks, I'm thinking that cleaning up the files will make the overall process more efficient.

Any chance someone has already created prompt to help with cleaning these up?
