I love DSE Typewriter, but I don't accept its licence, because 'The fonts and derivatives, however, cannot be released under any other type of license.', I think everyone modified a fontshould have rights to select the licence to release the modification.
Then, I found a manual of MIT's Incompatible Timesharing System, in mostly pages, the printed characters seems displayed in the same font, and the glyphs look like DSE Typewriter. I think if I created a font has these glyphs, there will be no conflictions between the font and anyone (the brand or the manufacturer, of typewriter), and I am very want to use glyphs of DSE Typewriter. So I decided to scan glyphs of the characters in the manual, create a font including these glyphs, make the font becomes the alternation of DSE Typewriter. I offered FreeConvert to convert pages of the manual to PNG files, scanned PNG files with High-Logic FontCreator 15 Professional, and created the font.
