All the result is stored in 'programming_assignment_2_latest.ipynb' except for the result for tuning (grid search) cell.
the reason is it's too many and would be very inconvenient to check
Result for the cell is stored in 'view_the_result.ipynb'.
Everything is also clarified in 'programming_assignment_2_latest.ipynb'.
