Provides a recipe for Geant4.11 containers. Note that edits to the shell scripts have not been tested with the old recipe and is likely going to fail. The intention is to have the GEANT411.dockerfile script replace the main dockerfile.
Some old packages that are not required by the geant4.11/cmake build (scons, cppflow) is still included in an attempt to maintain backward compatibility.
