- Rename Motion - Update Motion number - Placeholder date - Remove point 2, which defined the Guidelines - Renumber sequentially - Remove other references to Guidelines
- Update version number - Placeholder date - Remove references to Guidelines in 3 and 5.3. - Update references in 5.2 and 5.3 (clerical change) - Add period in 6.1 (clerical change)
