GoToWebinar have updated their API endpoints, this version has the updated endpoints

A new warning displays if the event selected has mandatory fields in gotowebinar which are not being passed by CiviCRM and would therefore cause silent failure. The warning should highlight this issue to the user when connecting the civicrm event to gotowebinar.

Finally we've also added a feature which allows resetting the token if the settings page determines the token has expired.
